White Chocolate-pistachio Biscuits
Mix together the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Aadd flour and baking powder. Mix to form a dough, then mix in pistachios and chocolate.
Form balls the size of walnuts and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool briefly, remove from the baking sheet, then decorate with candied orange. Let cool.
