Preparation steps

Coarsely chop white chocolate coarsely. Mix 300 grams (approximately 10 ounces) white chocolate with honey in a bowl. Heat coconut milk with coconut liqueur. Pour some hot milk mixture into the center of the chocolate. Using a spatula, mix from the center out until everything is creamy. Gradually stir in remaining hot milk. Blend quickly with an immersion blender until smooth and silky. Pour white chocolate mixture into hollow spheres using a funnel.

Sprinkle grated coconut on a plate. Melt remaining white chocolate in a bowl over a hot water bath and let cool slightly. Put a little melted chocolate into a small piping bag. Pipe chocolates closed with melted chocolate and let dry. Stir chocolate again (if necessary. briefly heat again) and coat spheres. For this purpose, use a chocolate dipping fork to dip spheres into chocolate. Then immediately roll in the coconut and let it dry.
