8 tablespoons whipped Whipped cream
2 egg yolks
4 teaspoons sugar
1 jar Brandy or rum (per cup to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Stir the brandy or rum into the hot coffee and pour into 4 warmed cups.

In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy and divide among the coffee cups and top each with 2 tablespoons of whipped cream.

Serve immediately and stir before drinking.
