Weißwürste (Bavarian Veal and Pork Sausage)
Bring water to a boil and add sausages. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
Remove sausages from water and serve with a sweet, grainy mustard and a pretzel.
Weisswürste is available from many butchers as well as canned or pre-packaged.
If fresh pretzels are unavailable, substitute frozen pretzels or pretzel sticks.
