- 1 tsp honey
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- ⅔ cup Carrot juice
Preparation

Heat the apple juice with the cardamon pods and the honey. Remove from the heat and steep for approx. 15 minutes.

Stir in the lemon juice and carrot juice and serve in a tall glass.
