- 4 ripe Figs
- 120 milliliters dry white wine
- ½ Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Anise seed
- 1 pc Lemon peel
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 200 grams Goat cheese
- 80 grams Crème fraiche
Preparation

Rinse and trim the figs, then cut into halves or quarters.

Bring the white wine, cinnamon, anise seed, lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons of honey to a boil. Cook for 4 minutes, then add the figs. Cover and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Remove from the heat, and let cool in the cooking liquid.

Remove the figs, and reduce the cooking liquid to about 3 tablespoons.

Mix the goat cheese and creme fraiche until smooth, then spread onto dessert plates. Top the goat cheese mixture with the figs and reduced cooking liquid. Dizzle the honey over the figs, and serve.
