50 grams powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Amaretto
60 grams ground Pistachio
125 grams sugar beet syrup

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the marzipan into small pieces and knead with the powdered sugar and Amaretto to a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 2 equal halves and mix the ground pistachios into one half. Roll each into 10 balls, shape into ovals and flatten slightly.

Caramelize the syrup in small pan until light brown. Individuall dip the walnut halves with a fork into the caramel. Decorate the marzipan cookies with 2 walnut halves, let cool and place in paper or foil candy cups. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
