Preheat the oven to 175°C / 350°F.
Knead the butter, sugar, lemon zest, almond liquor, pumpkin pie spice, eggs, flour and ground walnuts into a smooth dough. Fold in the peanuts and chocolate chips.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to form small balls from the dough. Place the balls on the baking sheet, leaving some distance in between. Bake for about 12 minutes. Remove, let cool on a wire rack and serve.
