Waffles with Maple Syrup
Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and salt until frothy. Stir the cinnamon and lemon juice into the mixture. Add the flour and baking powder and stir quickly. Stir in the milk and mineral water. Let the dough sit for 30 minutes to rise.
Grease the waffle iron and heat.
Place 3-4 tablespoons of the dough in the waffle iron and close the cover. Fry until the waffle is golden brown.
