- 1 whole Lime
- 4 centiliters Vodka
- 4 centiliters Lime syrup
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ handful Crushed ice
Preparation steps

Rinse the lime and carefully peel the rind in long strips using a sharp knife. Squeeze the juice out into a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, lime syrup, honey and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a tall glass of crushed ice. Garnish with the lime zest and serve.
