large tomatoes (cored and quartered)
red chile pepper (seeded and diced)
- 1 teaspoon
- 2 teaspoons
- ¼ teaspoon
- Basil leaves (to garnish)
Place the tomatoes in a blender with the chilli and orange juice and blend to a fine puree. Season with salt and stir in the oil.
To serve, pour into glasses, sprinkle with chilli flakes and garnish with basil leaves.
