- 2 large tomatoes (cored and quartered)
- 3 Oranges (juiced)
- 1 red chile pepper (seeded and diced)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon Chili flakes
- Basil (to garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Place the tomatoes in a blender with the chilli and orange juice and blend to a fine puree. Season with salt and stir in the oil.
2.
To serve, pour into glasses, sprinkle with chilli flakes and garnish with basil leaves.
