400 grams Quorn (finely chopped)
400 grams Tagliatelle

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onion and garlic and finely dice both. Fry in hot oil until translucent. Stir in the tomatoes, peas, oregano and Quorn and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat. If necessary, add a little water.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Season the Bolognese with salt, sugar and pepper. Add the drained tagliatelle pasta and arrange on plates. Serve garnished with basil.
