- 100 grams Fresh herbs
- 2 Sesame bagel
- 4 Tbsps cream cheese
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 package Shiso sprout
Preparation

Rinse the herbs and spin dry. Slice sesame bagels and spread with cream cheese. Distribute herbs and shiso sprouts on the bottom halves of bagels. Season with salt and pepper. Set remaining bagel halves on top, press gently and serve.
