Vegetable Plate with Quark Dip
Rinse and peel the vegetables where appropriate. Blanch dense vegetables like snow peas and cauliflower. Then, cut into bite-sized pieces, slices or strips.
Mix quark with sour cream, creme fraiche and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse herbs, shake dry and chop. Stir into quark and serve with vegetables.
