½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 generous pinch Ground nutmeg
11 ounces Raw cane sugar
8 ounces Vegan butter
1 ½ ounces Vegan Chocolate chip

Preparation steps

1.

Dice pumpkin and steam for 15-20 minutes, until soft. Remove, puree and let cool.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Combine flour, baking powder and spices. Combine sugar, butter and pumpkin puree. Stir in flour mixture, then add chocolate chips.

Spoon small mounds of dough into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press each to flatten slightly and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove, let cool and serve.
