For the tuna cream sauce
1 can Tuna (185 g)
100 grams Mayonnaise
100 grams Mascarpone
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps Capers liquid
2 Tbsps small Caper
2 Tbsps scallions
also
8 Veal steaks (thin steaks, about 60 g)
vegetable oil
salt (pepper)
1 head Radicchio
2 Tbsps White vinegar
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Drain tuna, break into pieces and put in a blender. Add mayonnaise and mascarpone and puree. Season with salt, pepper and the liquid from capers. Stir in capers and chives.

Brush veal steaks with oil. Briefly, grill steaks over a charcoal grill or in a grill pan on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.

Separate radicchio into leaves, then rinse and pat dry. In a bowl, whisk together vinegar with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss dressing with radicchio. Serve radicchio topped with veal steaks and tuna cream sauce. Garnish with capers.
