thin Veal cutlets (each around 160 grams) (approximately 6 ounces)

Preparation steps

1.

Flatten the veal with a meat mallet. Season the flour with salt and pepper. Coat the veal in flour, dip in beaten eggs and then coat in breadcrumbs.

2.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the cutlets until golden brown on both sides, around 3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges.
