100 grams breadcrumbs

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse veal cutlets, pat dry and create a pocket with a sharp knife. Season with salt and pepper inside and fill each with a slice of cheese and ham and secure the opening with toothpicks.

2.

Dip cutlets first in flour, then in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Press breading firmly.

3.

Heat oil in a pan and fry cutlets in portions over medium heat until brown. Cut lemon into slices and serve with veal cordon bleu.
