- 4 slices cooked ham
- 100 grams sliced Cheese (such as Emmentaler or Gouda)
- 2 eggs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 100 grams Pastry flour
- 150 grams breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
Preparation steps
