2 Tbsps Balsamic glaze
1 tsp honey
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the meat and pat dry. Place a piece of plastic wrap on a piece of aluminum foil and brush with 1 tablespoon of oil. Put the meat on it and roll up. Leave in the freezer to freeze for about 1 hour.

Rinse mushrooms thoroughly, cut off the stem ends and cut or slice into very thin slices.

Mix the balsamic sauce with honey and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
