250 grams Veal fillet (very thinly sliced, frozen)
1 stalk Celery
2 tablespoons toasted Pumpkin seed
freshly ground peppers
lemons (Juiced)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Arrange veal slices on 4 plates. Rinse celery, trim, cut with a vegetable slicer into very thin strips and decoratively arrange with pumpkin seeds on veal.

2.

Mix olive oil with lemon juice in a bowl, drizzle over veal and season with freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately. Serve with toast and butter if desired.
