1 Vanilla bean
400 milliliters milk
2 Espresso
sugar (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Slit the vanilla bean lengthwise with a sharp knife. Scrape out the seeds and add to the milk. Heat the milk, but don't allow to boil. Remove the vanilla bean, and froth the milk using a frother. 

2.

Fill 2 glasses with the fresh espresso, and top with hot milk. Top with the milk foam, sweeten to taste with the sugar, and serve immediately.
