100 grams fresh Currants (black and red)
1 Vanilla bean
50 grams sugar
1 liter dry white wine
1 bottle Sparkling wine

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the strawberries, trim and halve or quarter them. Brush the raspberries. Brush the currants wash, pick from the stalk and rinse.

2.

Put the berries in a carafe, slit the vanilla bean and scrap out seed, add seed with sugar and fill with the white wine and champagne. Chill at least 1-2 hours. Serve with ice cubes.
