- 4 kilograms Organic apple
- 4 Cinnamon stick
Preparation

Rinse the apples, and coarsely chop. Process in the juicer. Rinse 2 bottles with boiling water. Drain well, and let cool completely. Divide the cinnamon sticks inth the bottles.

Pour the fresh juice into the bottles, seal well, and store in the refrigerator.

Apple juice contains a lot of sugar and should therefore be enjoyed in moderation. Nevertheless, it beats unhealthy soft drinks like lemonade and cola by far due to its content of vital substances.

If you wish, you can also leave out the cinnamon stick or replace it with another spice, such as vanilla pod.
