- 1 kilogram boneless Cutlet (pork)
- 1 tsp Lemon peel
- 2 fresh rosemary
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 pinch Ground clove
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Lemon wedge
Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Peel and finely chop garlic cloves. Mix garlic with lemon zest, fennel seeds, cloves and rosemary needles. Season with salt and pepper. Rub mixture on pork.

Place pork on a wire rack with a drip pan to collect juices. Bake about 2 hours, turning frequently and basting with collected juices in pan. Serve with lemon wedges and ciabatta.
