Combine cornstarch with 6 tablespoons of water and soak gelatin in a little cold water.
Boil 125 ml (approximately 4 1/4 ounces) of water, syrup and sugar in a saucepan until sugar has dissolved. Stir up mixed cornstarch, add and simmer for about 2 minutes. Then stir in orange blossom water and orange juice, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in squeezed gelatin and spread into a pan about 25x25 cm (approximately 10x10 inch) lined with plastic wrap. Allow to cool for at least 4 hours. Remove from the mold, remove plastic wrap, cut into squares and roll in coconut. Top each piece with an almond and serve.
