Preparation steps

1.

Heat dry grill pan and cook bacon for about 3-4 minutes or until crispy on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Rinse and dry celery, cut into sticks. Set celery leaves aside. Peel onion and cut into thin rings.

Toast bread slices, cool slightly and spread with mayonnaise. Arrange bacon, onion rings, roast turkey slices, cranberry sauce, celery and celery leaves on 4 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices and serve.
