- 1 pc Cucumber about 13 cm (approximately 5 inches)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 red Apple
- lemon juice
- 3 leaves Lollo Bionda
- 6 slices smoked turkey breasts
- Cumberland sauce
- 6 Toothpicks (for fixing)
Preparation

Rinse the cucumber, cut into 6 slices and brush with mustard. Rinse the apples, cut into 6 columns, remove the core and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.

On each toothpick, place 1 green leaf, 1 apple and 1 column of rolled sliced turkey breast, then stick them into the cucumber slices. Sprinkle with 1-2 teaspoons of cumberland sauce before serving.
