1 tablespoon

red pepper (seeds removed and finely diced)

yellow pepper (seeds removed and finely diced)
1 tablespoon
chopped parsley
1 tablespoon
chopped Chives
1 teaspoon

Preparation steps

Mash the tuna with the cottage cheese and mix in the olive oil.

Stir in the diced peppers, add the parsley and chives and Worcestershire sauce.

Season with salt and pepper and serve with raw vegetables and pitta bread.
