Preparation steps

1.

Bring the cream to a boil and remove from the heat. Add the chopped chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the cognac and nuts.

Cover and let solidify overnight. With wet hands, form the mixture into balls. Roll the truffles in the chocolate shavings, let dry and serve.
