Tropical Rum Cocktail
Peel the mango,, remove the seed, and cut into slices (saving any juice). Puree the fruit with 2 tablespoons of water and the lemon juice. Pass through a fine strainer.
Mix in the rum, orange liqueur, and orange juice to the puree and stir. Divide 1 tablespoon of ice into each glass, pour in the drink, and fill to your desired level with the mineral water.
