Wash, dry and remove mint leaves.
Peel the grapefruit and oranges. Separate the segments using a knife. Work over a bowl to catch the juice.
Pour the juice in a pan, add the sugar and bring to the boil. Then add the mint and remove from the heat. Leave to infuse.
Mix the fruit together in a bowl. Add the juice and mint. Leave in a cool place before serving.
