Ingredients

For servings

2 tablespoonsrolled oats
2 cups2% milk
4Peaches pitted, peeled, and diced
1small Papaya peeled, seeded, and diced
1Limes juiced
1small Banana chopped
1 tablespoonhoney
1 cupcrushed Ice

Directions

1 Combine the oats and milk in a blender. Leave to soak for 5 minutes.
2 Add the peaches, papaya, lime juice, banana, and honey. Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth.
3 Add the ice and blend again for a further minute.
4 Pour into glasses and serve.
