Preparation steps

1.
Rub the rims of 4 serving glasses with the lime half. Combine the granulated sugar and the blue sugar glitter in a small dish. Dip the rims of the glasses in the granulated sugar to create a sugar rim.
2.
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the Cointreau and the crème de menthe and shake for 10 seconds.
3.
Divide the blue curacao between the 4 serving glasses.
4.
Strain the Cointreau and crème de menthe into 4 serving glasses. Pour the orange juice on top.
5.
Place a sugar cube in the bottom of 4 martini glasses. Add a couple of dashes of Angostura Bitters on top and let them dissolve the sugar cube a little.
6.
Top up with the champagne, then add the cocktail cherry and garnish with a sprig of mint leaves before serving.
7.
Place a few ice cubes in the base of 4 serving glasses for the Tequila Sunrises. Add the orange juice, tequila and Grenadine and stir a few times.
8.
Garnish the glasses with a strawberry and a few slices of apple on the rims before serving all three cocktails.
