Preparation steps

Rinse and drain the lingonberries and blackberries. Wipe the raspberries, mix with the rest of the berries and sugar, and let rest for 2 hours. Bring the berry mixture to a boil in a saucepan, and cook for 4 minutes.

Divide the jam into the sterilized screw-top jars, seal tightly, and cool completely.
