Ingredients

For the chilli

Kidney bean (tinned, drained and washed)
For the salad

Tortilla chip (approx. 430 g)

tomatoes (chopped)

Cucumber (chopped)

Lettuce leaves (torn into bite-sized pieces)
1 ½ cups
Cheese (e. g Gouda, grated)
4 tablespoons

Preparation steps

1.
To make the chilli heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat. Add the onions, garlic and the chilli and fry for a few minutes. Deglaze with the tinned tomatoes and the stock. Add the herbs, season with salt and ground black pepper and simmer on a medium heat for 25-30 min.

Add the kidney beans to the chilli and simmer for a further 10 min. Season to taste.
3.
Arrange the nachos in bowls and top with the chilli and the salad ingredients. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and garnish with a dollop of sour cream.
