2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package.

Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Puree with the peeled garlic, almonds, lemon juice, oil, and water as needed. Stream in the balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
