1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme

250 grams Cherry tomatoes
400 grams Puff pastry dough
20 breadcrumbs
150 grams grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)
8 slices cooked ham

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel the shallot and garlic. Finely chop the shallot, squeeze the garlic through a press and whisk both with the olive oil. Add oregano, thyme and salt and pepper to taste and set the oil aside.

Rinse the tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. Cut the large tomatoes into thin slices and remove the stems.

Roll out puff pastry and place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the pastry and spread the cheese on top. Sprinkle with the ham and arrange the tomato slices over the ham. Brush tomatoes with the seasoning oil. Bake tart for about 20 minutes, then top with the cherry tomatoes and bake for another 10 minutes.

Allow tart to cook slightly after baking, season to taste again with salt and pepper and serve warm or at room temperature.
