Rinse tomatoes, trim and cut into slices. Arrange in bowls.

Rinse scallions, trim and cut into small pieces. Peel onions and cut into very thin rings.

Mix vinegar in a small bowl with salt, pepper and sugar. Gradually add oil to the bowl while stirring. Drizzle the vinaigrette over tomato salad dribble, let stand for about 20 minutes and then season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla.
