1 Loaf of bread (1.2 kg) (approximately 42 ounces)
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
600 grams cream cheese
salt

150 grams Lettuce
1 handful Basil
1 handful Chervil
1 garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

Cut the bread into 3-4 horizontal slices.

For the tomato spread: Stir the tomato paste with 200 grams (approximately 7 ounces) cream cheese until smooth and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Spread over the bottom slice of bread. Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and trim. Arrange some over the tomato spread.

For the herb spread: Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck the leaves and place in a blender. Add the peeled garlic and olive oil and purée. Add 200 grams (approximately 7 ounces) cream cheese and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over the second slice of bread. Spread the remaining cream cheese over the remaining bread slices.

Rinse the tomatoes, core and slice. Arrange the tomatoes over the bread, top with the remaining lettuce, cheese and salami. Reassemble into the loaf.
