3 Tbsps olive oil

1 red pepper (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1.333 cups cherry Tomatoes (halved)
2 cups Bean sprout
½ Lettuce (torn into bite-sized pieces)
2 carrots (julienned)
1.333 cups Parmesan (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Preparation steps

Mix together the vinegar and the oil and season with salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of sugar.
