1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pinch salt
100 grams brown sugar
100 grams sugar
75 milliliters Soy milk
300 grams Silken tofu
80 grams Macadamia Nuts

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) convection. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Place the margarine with the chopped chocolate in a small saucepan and melt over low heat while stirring. Remove from the heat. In a bowl, combine the flour and mix well with the cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and both sugars. Stir in the chocolate margarine, then mix in the milk, tofu and nuts. As necessary, vary the amount of soy milk to create a spreadable batter. Pour batter into the pan, flatten and bake in oven for about 30 minutes (until a toothpick inserted comes out clean). The brownies should still be nice and moist. Remove from oven, let cool and cut into pieces.
