- 1 garlic clove
- Leaves from 1 bunch parsley (and basil)
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation

Toast bread slices on baking sheet in hot oven until golden brown.

Puree herbs with olive oil, salt and pepper.
3.
Peel, halve, pit and dice avocados and sprinkle with lemon juice.
4.
Spread herb pesto on bread slices, top with diced avocado, season with pepper and serve.
