½ lemon (juice)
50 grams Mayonnaise
50 grams sour Whipped cream
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Ketchup
4 slices white bread
1 teaspoon butter
2 leaves Iceberg lettuce

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the dill and chop finely. Toss the shrimp with the lemon juice. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, the ketchup and the dill. Season with salt and pepper.

Toast the bread, spread with butter. Rinse the lettuce and cut into strips. Lay on toast, top with the shrimp, dollop with the mayonnaise and serve.
