6 slices Toast
Rose jelly (from a jar)
Cream quark (40% fat)
Herb cream cheese
butter
1 handful Rose petal (unsprayed)
2 teaspoons fresh thyme

Preparation steps

1.

Toast bread lightly. Using a template (eg. cardboard or a cookie cutter) cut toast into hearts. Spread one heart with butter and top with rose jelly.

2.

Spread another heart with quark. Spread the last heart with herbed cream cheese and sprinkle with thyme or other herbs, as desired. Serve 3 hearts on each plate and garnish with rose petals. A nice surprise for a Valentine's Day breakfast!
