150 grams sugar
200 milliliters strong Coffee
250 grams Mascarpone
200 grams Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
60 milliliters Coffee liqueur
85 grams Ladyfinger
cocoa powder (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Boil coffee with sugar for 5 minutes. Simmer and leave to cool.

2.

Beat mascarpone and creme fraiche until smooth. Stir in 8 tsp coffee and vanilla extract. 

3.

Put into freezer, stirring occasionally, or use an ice cream machine. 

4.

Combine remaining syrup and liqueur. Crumble ladyfingers and soak in it.

5.

Remove from freezer and thaw 10 minutes. Pour ladyfinger mixture into glasses, top with ice cream and sprinkle with cocoa Serve immediately.
