- 4 Tbsps Natural yogurt
- 3 Tbsps Ketchup
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
- ¼ tsp Chili powder

Preparation
1.
Peel the shallot and chop finely. Rinse the bell peppers, remove the ribs and seeds and chop finely.

Whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, chopped bell pepper and scallions until smooth. Season with the paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper and transfer to a jar or serving bowl to be used as salad dressing or dipping sauce.
