Ingredients

½small Oranges (about 125 grams)
37 ½ gramssmall Prawns (ready to cook)
½ generous pinchesCayenne pepper
200 gramschunky Tomatoes (box or carton)
50 millilitersCoconut milk (9% fat)
50 millilitersVegetable broth
½Scallions
Salt

1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Small bowl, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups

Directions

Display mode:
1 Halve and squeeze orange. Mix orange juice with prawns and cayenne pepper.
2 Mix tomatoes with coconut milk and broth in a pot. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
3 Meanwhile, trim scallions, rinse and cut diagonally into very thin rings.
4 Add prawns and orange juice to the soup and heat until prawns are cooked through. Season soup with salt and a little cayenne pepper to taste.
5 Ladle soup into soup plates or soup bowls. Sprinkle with scallions and serve.
