- 1 cup plain Chocolate (for cooking)
- ⅔ cup Milk chocolate (for cooking)
- ⅔ cup butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6.

In a bain-marie, melt both types of chocolate with the butter and sugar. Using an egg whisk, beat in the eggs and the flour and spoon the mixture into four oven-proof dishes.

Bake in the oven for approx. 8 minutes and leave to cool. Serve cold or at room temperature.
