Tamarillo Rice Pudding

Heat the honey and water in a pan until the honey has melted. Add the tamarillos, bring to a boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until tender. Set aside to cool.
Put the rice in a pan with the sugar, a little nutmeg and milk. Stir, then bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked and the mixture is creamy.
Remove from the heat and cool for 30 minutes.
Stir in the cream and put into serving bowls. Add the tamarillos and a little of the cooking liquid.
